If the d.dump(compressed=True) is called all subsequent calls will only show a compressed view. Force the compressed layout heirarchy state back to the default of false to make subsequent calls work correctly. xiaocong/uiautomator#156
Reset compressed layout hierarchy state after dump
This fixes xiaocong/uiautomator#174, which already works as expected in the new uiautomator.
Update uiautomator lib to v18:2.1.2.
