docs: add updated architecture diagram

Related to openchoreo/openchoreo#3858

Here is the list of things that we need to update:

• MCP and API are illustrated outside of the control plane. It is technically incorrect.
• You can see the OpenChoreo logo in the control plane box, but it is missing from other planes. This has created some confusion.
• The placement of the GitOps module has caused confusion.
• OpenChoreo can manage apps, resources, and AI agents, but that is not highlighted in this version.

Improvements:

• OpenChoreo MCP server and API server should be part of the control plane.
• Place the OpenChoreo logo in all planes to indicate that those planes also contain OpenChoreo system components and not just k8s clusters.
• Git providers should run inside the OpenChoreo control plane.
• Highlight the fact that OpenChoreo can run not just apps and resources, but also AI agents with agent-specific modules.
• Expand the experience plane to indicate that OpenChoreo can be consumed by both humans and agents.
