Project CRD spec doesn't support using ClusterDeploymentPipeline entities

### Description

We need to update the `spec.deploymentPipelineRef` to accept a kind and name. See below.

```yaml
apiVersion: openchoreo.dev/v1alpha1
kind: Project
metadata:
  name: gcp-microservice-demo
  namespace: default
spec:
  deploymentPipelineRef: default
```
