• As a user I want to share with external people using their email addresses to collaborate with them.

Description

The Web UI already supports inviting users. This ticket ensures that the UI fully supports and reflects the updated external sharing behavior with email adress in UI input field, including roles, access flow, and constraints.

Acceptance Criteria

• The input field placeholder explicitly mentions that email addresses can be entered
• The search/autocomplete suggests email addresses and allows users to select and add them via click or keyboard
• Selected email addresses are displayed inside the input field as token/chip elements
• Each email chip includes:
  -- the email address as label
  -- a remove (“x”) action to delete it from the selection
• Each selected email is also immediately added to the “Shared With” list
• In the “Shared With” / access details view:
  -- the email address is displayed as the identifier/name
  -- the user type is shown as “External Email User”
• Each email entry in the “Shared With” list is prefixed with an alphabetical circle avatar placeholder (initial-based icon)

• make clear, that this person is external/guest
  • in search scenario
  • in listing "shared with"
• what if the email adress belongs to an internal user?
• how to resend the share?
• what happens, if i paste a comma separated list of email adresses?

Let's describe these users alsways as "External" (shorter)

hm.. I'd favor to use this place to depict, that this is an external user, eg. via a globe-icon or alike.

what if the email adress belongs to an internal user?

its same as we have implemented now, autocomplete is searching via typing in, you will see if a email belongs to known internal user. i guess here is no action needed

how to resend the share?

suggestion for resend is a resend option in the threepoint menu closed by the mail adress like:

in listing - general presentation

paste emails seperated with , ; or space

will same flow as we have now with multi collected user: all emails are listed in the input field for fire via share button

why search/autocomplete suggests email addresses

email is completed and ready to add for sending an invite ( like the UX )
