Stop expanding `memberOf` when requesting `graph/v1.0/me`

Idea

Currently we expand memberOf when doing a request to graph/v1.0/me during bootstrap. This information is only really needed on the account page though, therefore we should load it there and stop expanding during bootstrap for performance reasons.
