Support of OpenRMC v1.1

OpenRMC v1.1 is proposing enabling the following use case:

• Update the BIOS and BMC firmware on the nodes managed by the rack manager
• Update the above firmware on a subset of the nodes managed by the rack manager

To support these use uses, the following top level resource will be supported

• AggregationService - to operate on groups of managed nodes)
• UpdateService - extended to support the update of BIOS and BMC on the managed nodes

This is a good requirement. We are looking for volunteers to implement it.
