Record the launcher cleanup proof (#494)

The code PR is already merged, but the OpenSpec cleanup checklist still needed the PR, merge state, and sandbox evidence so later agents do not reopen a completed lane.

Constraint: Base main is protected; evidence needed its own small agent branch.

Confidence: high

Scope-risk: narrow

Directive: Treat PR #493 as the merged implementation lane for gx dmux home launcher behavior.

Tested: openspec validate agent-codex-gx-dmux-home-launcher-2026-04-30-11-31 --type change --strict

Tested: git diff --check

Not-tested: Runtime behavior unchanged by this documentation-only closeout
