Preserve frontend Hostinger detection fallback in guardex subtree (#176)

The standalone frontend repo now includes an explicit Node entrypoint fallback for Hostinger onboarding. This sync commit keeps the parent guardex frontend subtree aligned so mirror-based syncs do not revert the change.

Constraint: guardex mirrors tracked frontend subtree to standalone frontend repo
Rejected: Leave parent subtree unsynced | future mirror sync can overwrite frontend repo fallback
