User Story
As a course team member, I want the selected libraries from the list of libraries available to me on the Add/Existing sidebar to be pinned to the top of the options list, so that it is easy for me to see what libraries I have selected when there are many libraries in my list to choose from.
Acceptance Critera
Given I am a course team member
When I navigate to the Existing Item tab on the Add sidebar in Studio and I have one or more libraries selected from the libraries dropdown list
Then I see the selected libraries at the top of the libraries options in the list (among the selected libraries, these libraries are shown in alphabetical order)
And when I update my selections
Then I see the pinned items get updated as well
