Ticket - Add Masquerade Bar (“View Course in Studio”) to Layout

Description:

As an instructor, I want to see the new Masquerade bar at the top of the Instructor Dashboard with the “View Course in Studio” so that I can easily navigate quickly between the LMS and Studio.

Acceptance Criteria:

1. This bar is already built in the platform, but it must be integrated into the redesigned Instructor Dashboard layout to align with the new structure and ensure consistent placement and behavior across all pages.
2. The Masquerade bar appears directly below the global navigation and above the dashboard content.
3. The component uses Paragon styles and aligns visually with the redesigned header and navigation.
4. Behavior and functionality remain unchanged from the existing implementation — only placement and styling are updated.

It's possible that the Learner Dashboard masquerade bar can be reused here with no modification. Maybe all that needs to happen is for the Learner Dashboard app to insert it into the header when the Instructor Dashboard role is active.
