Spec

• The Student Grades tab renders a very simplified version of the Instructor Dash grading tab.
• The CCX instructor has the ability to download student grades for all enrolled students, and to view the gradebook.
• Unlike the instructor dash tool, there is no pending tasks section.
• View Gradebook opens the gradebook in a new tab
  • The gradebook should render within the instructor dash
