fix: specify learner, warning message on grant beta tester role, ordering in special exams

Description

As part of this PR we include the following fixes:

• Specify Learner error message was just appearing for some secs and was removed
• Added Course org, name and number on the header as a slot
• Fix ordering in tables for special exams
• Warning message for beta testers was missing when granted from actions button
