A thin reference dir pointing at openedx/sample-plugin's brand-sample (pinned to a pre-#47 SHA so the visuals match the slide screenshots, before brand-sample was changed from purple to autumn), applied to frontend-app-authn for the talk. README has the screenshot and a pointer to the upstream brand-sample README, which covers both env.config.js and frontend-base install paths since openedx/sample-plugin#36 landed. We didn't have a simple example
env.config.jsor afrontend-baseexample. This PR adds those.
