CKKS keys don't get cleared from memory

It seems that the methods for clearing the CKKS keys or ReleaseAllContexts do not release the memory for the keys.

I was able to clear Bootstrapping stuff like this:

FHECKKSRNS* derivedPtr = dynamic_cast<FHECKKSRNS*>(context->GetScheme()->GetFHE().get());
derivedPtr->m_bootPrecomMap.erase(numSlots);
context->ClearEvalAutomorphismKeys();

I just needed to edit the library and to add that GetFHE() from the scheme to release pre-computations stored in m_bootPrecomMap.erase
