Using default cross-references over customized cross-references #98

There are a number of instances that cross-references are "customized" to show different text that ignores the autolabelling.

For example:

<<fig-C-1,Figure 1>> represents a UML model consistent with the model described

<<fig-C-1,Figure 1>> represents a UML model consistent with the model described
in <<cls-8-1,Clause 8>> of this document. 

When <<fig-C-1>> is used without custom text, the correct "Figure C.1" will already be shown. There is rarely any reason why a custom reference label is needed. Similarly for <<cls-8-1>> which actually points to "8.1".
