Good Research Code guide #3

@patrickmineault

Description

@patrickmineault

I wrote the good research code guide, which is about how to organize code to not shoot yourself in the foot. I think it would git well with the spirit of openlists, but I'm not too sure which section it belongs in – could be in Python, in git, other, etc. Let me if you think it's useful and where you think it belongs and I can send a PR.
