docs: complete CMUcam legacy section (CMUcam3-5) + assets
Follow-up to the initial CMUcam legacy import: finish the CMUcam3, CMUcam4, and CMUcam5 pages, drop empty placeholder stubs, and add the downloads, images, and reference pages that were still in progress. Includes the legacy-frame viewer static asset and related conf/static tweaks. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 <noreply@anthropic.com>
