docs: CAN is now supported on the N6 and RT1062 (dev)

CAN has been merged for the development firmware on the STM32N6 and
i.MX RT1062, so drop the "not yet supported / not available" notes from
the N6 and RT1062 quickrefs and pyb.CAN, and remove the corresponding
strings from every translation catalog.
