i18n: translate legacy CMUcam docs into all 26 languages

Fill previously untranslated and fuzzy catalog entries across all 26 locales,
primarily for the new legacy/ CMUcam section (~2057 new English source strings)
plus scattered edits elsewhere. Existing translations are preserved; only empty
and fuzzy msgstr entries were filled, and inline reST markup boundaries were
normalized (escaped-space fix) so CJK/RTL and suffix-adjacent roles render and
parse correctly.

All 26 languages build clean with zero new Sphinx warnings versus the English
baseline.
