docs/openmvcam: Polish shield, sensor, and quickref pages.

Apply consistent editorial pass across shield docs (battery, can-rs232,
driver, gigabit-poe, lcd, pir, poe, relay, rs422-rs485, servo, touch-lcd,
wifi) plus new pages for can, light, motor, pan-tilt, proto, qwiic,
servo-shield-old, thermopile, tv, and wireless-tv shields. Each page
gets a hero image, pinout, pin reference, behavior notes (AIN, SYN,
disconnect jumpers), and worked usage examples scoped to the shield.

Add multispectral-thermal-ov5640 sensor page and update flir-boson,
flir-lepton, genx320, mt9v024, multispectral-event, ov5640, pag7936,
ps5520. Restructure shields landing card grid and refresh quickref
for AE3/N6.
