docs: keep the pyb.CAN N6-unavailable note

pyb.CAN is genuinely not available on the N6 (its CAN is exposed via
machine.CAN, like the RT1062), so restore that note and its
translations. The N6 and RT1062 quickref machine.CAN notes stay
removed -- that feature is merged for dev.
