Remove ESLint config files from all examples and drop the
`eslint: { ignoreDuringBuilds }` option from next.config in bug examples.
Remove Tailwind setup from opennextjsgh-119, opennextjsgh-219, and opennextjsgh-223 which do not use it,
and simplify their layout/page to minimal boilerplate.
Update create-next-app to Tailwind v4 and migrate from local fonts to
next/font/google.
