They always fall on a Sunday, but contrary to the legal holidays you are not granted a paid day off.
I think it's best if they are listed under another type? "Legacy", "Cultural"?
Or if type is a list, the the legal days could have "legal" as an extra type/category.
Removing them seems like a breaking change for those who want to know more than the legal holidays.
