error in pymagicc.run using magicc7 #342

Describe the bug

Initial tests of magicc7 are failing. Both pymagicc.run and openscm_runner.run give the following error when trying to run magicc7 with either the testdata or rcmip data (SSP126_EMMS.SCEN7):
forrtl: severe (32): invalid logical unit number, unit -858993460, file unknown

The errors appear to be MAGICC7 related.

Failing Test
pymagicc.run -> magicc7.exe
openscm_runner.run -> magicc7.exe

Expected behavior

A succesful pymagicc/openscm run with output from SSP126, from SSP126_EMMS.SCEN7.

The bug exclusively occurs using magicc7. Everything works well when using magicc6.
