TransformIt seems to be non-functional / missing on Kicad 10

The addon is not visible or doesn't show up in the UI on version 10

I'm not sure if this is system-specific but the addon refuses to show up on two different testing versions.

Do any other plugins show up? There is a bug in some v10 testing builds that doesnt load plugins properly. I believe workaround is to go in preferences and manually reload plugins in corresponding section.
