Fix adapter-hypershift status report methods to use PUT

The HyperFleet API registers status endpoints with http.MethodPut, but
both adapter-hypershift and adapter-hypershift-nodepool task configs were
using POST. This would result in 405 Method Not Allowed when adapters
try to report HostedCluster or NodePool status back to the API.

The base adapter configs under helmfile/configs/base/ already use PUT
correctly; these two charts were missed because they are deployed
directly via helm rather than through helmfile.
