UPSTREAM: 1103: Bump github.com/moby/spdystream to v0.5.1

Update github.com/moby/spdystream from v0.5.0 to v0.5.1 to address
CVE-2026-35469 (Denial of Service via SPDY streaming code).

This CVE affects kubelet, CRI-O, and kube-apiserver SPDY streaming code
used for attach, exec, and port forwarding. The fix patches a DOS vulnerability
in the SPDY streaming implementation.
