Merge main into tnf-resilience-tests, resolve conflict in tnf_recovery.go
Resolved conflict by removing duplicate "etcd process crash" test (already moved to tnf_etcd_disruption.go) and keeping main's "should compute etcd revision bump and preserve backup container after kernel panic recovery" test. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.6 <noreply@anthropic.com>
