I'd like to suggest a UI improvement for the filter-controls section on the Challenges page. Currently, when resizing the window width below 1020px, the filter section does not look good and becomes cluttered or misaligned, making it harder to use—especially on tablets or smaller screens.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Navigate to the Challenges page via the navbar.
2. Resize the browser window to below 1020px in width.
3. Observe the layout of the filter-controls section.
