Misspelled as 'enabled_filtes' across all NFV VA examples (ovs-dpdk, ovs-dpdk-sriov, ovs-dpdk-sriov-ipv6, sriov). OpenStack silently ignores unknown keys, so PciPassthroughFilter and NUMATopologyFilter were never active — breaking SR-IOV and NUMA-aware scheduling.
