[18.0-fr5] [edpm_ovn][molecule] Include centos-stream-release as test dep#1136

Until [1] centos-stream-release was implicitly pulled so we didn't see the issue described in the linked Jira ticket. This is required in test environment as we using ubi9 container images and dropping redhat-release rpm [1] https://gitlab.com/redhat/centos-stream/rpms/containers-common/-/merge_requests/169 Resolves: #OSPRH-27265 Signed-off-by: Yatin Karel <ykarel@redhat.com>
