is reldel still building it until 19 and its just not being used? we'd need the entry to create the fr branch, if reldel would still require it.

IIRC, reldel will build for FR6, so I'll leave feature_branch_repos.yaml untouched for now. Will proceed to remove placement-op ref from renovate file.
