Nissan env200 does not stop charging even when full

I have an env200 evalia. I have not set any configurations in the batterry as when I did initially set it just would not stop charging on my first night once it reaches 98% on the app it just glitches and does not go up or down and the time for charge to finish stops going up or down. so I took off all baterry perimetres so it does it automatically it was working fine now becuase ai have an env200 evalia 2020 to get remote climate to work I had to unplug the telematic tcu harness or pull out the 2 cables pulling out the harness cuased the microphone not working issue i didnt realise untill later so Went back to wiring diagrams and just pulled out the two cables recomended on the ovms website. i then replugged the harness to the unit with the two cables pulled out and the climate control and other features worked app worked fine but that night when i charged at home the issue of the car not stopping charge once fully came back I need some guidance on how resolve this issue whilst still having telematic tcu harness plugged in with wires removed. i thought I had fixxsd it as after some tampering on setting it did work but issue came back again yesterday afternoon whilst tcu harness is plugged in. this morning wheen i plugged it in same issue happened. so today i set it to 98% on the app not the web seever after i noticed it starred glitching and after a minute or 2 it stopped and message came through that it was 100% charged.

So I removed all battery parameters so it could run automatically. It was working fine.

However, because I have a 2020 e-NV200 Evalia, to get remote climate control working I had to unplug the telematics TCU harness, or pull out two cables. Pulling out the harness caused the microphone to stop working, which I didn’t realize until later. I then went back to the wiring diagrams and only pulled out the two cables recommended on the OVMS website.

After that, I replugged the harness into the unit with the two cables removed. The climate control and other features worked, and the app worked fine. But that night, when I charged at home, the issue of the car not stopping charging once full came back.

I need some guidance on how to resolve this issue while still having the telematics TCU harness plugged in with the wires removed. I thought I had fixed it, as after some tampering with the settings it did work, but the issue came back again yesterday afternoon while the TCU harness was plugged in.

This morning, when I plugged it in, the same issue happened again. So today I set it to 98% using the app (not the web server). After I noticed it started glitching, after a minute or two it stopped, and a message came through saying it was 100% charged.

I'm not 100% sure about your situation (I have an Accenta so don't need to mess with the connections) but I've noticed a couple of things from your post.

1. The app screenshot is showing the "203 Unsupported Operation" error that is discussed here: New UI: Nissan Leaf Charging "203 Unsupported Operation" error: cannot set SoC via UI Open-Vehicle-Android#179. TLDR: it is now fixed but you need to update to the latest version. The app should then work to view/set the charge limits and will match up with what the web page interface shows.

2. Although the web page interface limiter has always worked, your screenshot shows you have the "Notify Only" tick box checked so it will not stop the charge when the limit is reached.

Just as an aside, my env200 often seems to stop at 98% when charging on a rapid charger even when I have no limits set, but I'm pretty sure it is the vehicle and not OVMS that it doing that. I've never really worried about it.

Can't find the discussion you mention here. Having same "203 Unsupported Operation" (last Android app 5.2.3 and same vehicle).

Edit: Just reading through the issue linked above, it actually looks like you need to update the OVMS firmware for the fix - I keep both up to date so didn't remember which fixed the problem but assumed it was the app update since the issue was in the Android app issues.

Right. Just APP update didn't fix the "203..." in charging section. So we need to:

replace "v3.1" by "v3.3", and "main" by "edge" to get the latest build.
