OVMS faulty on C-Zero (Mitsubishi MIEV)

This bug applies to firmware build 2.8.1, 2.6.5 and 2.6.2.

• No SOC
• No batt-temp
• No charger connected
• No VIN (only garbage)
• Park time do not count up
• Do not detect speed (is still marked as parked)

The gps-tracking works as intended when vehicle XX is selected.

I have used quite a lot of time debugging and getting up a build environment (the compiler is extremely difficult to find).

I have later learned from the developer mailing list that there has been som faulty hardware, if this is the case, then the code should catch that...
