Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Once a batch command has been created, administrators need a dedicated admin interface to monitor its execution, inspect per-device results, and review previously executed operations.

Describe the solution you'd like
Implement a BatchCommand admin interface for viewing and monitoring batch command operations.
The admin detail page should display:

• Total device affected and skipped
• Per-device execution status
• Command output
• Success and failure states with error message
