null value violates not-null constraint

Hi,
I am using ubuntu server with mysql and got openwisp running on it, and did all the things necessary to setup radius with openwisp basically added database configs in /mods-enabled/sql,
I am facing this error while connecting my device to the router, please note that I have a prod server running this problem was not there in that server, I have tweaked the tables to make it compatible with mysql for now, and I setup openwisp with psql as well. Below are the errors, I used freeradius -X to enter debug mode and capture these errors,

I have never observed this problem. What did you tweak exactly?

Nothing was changed at database end, I created new ec2 instance and used psql, and changed these two files

1. /mods-enabled/sql to add database details :
