Can't select multiple folders or set multiple syncs to one remote

Is there an ability to select multiple folders/directories when setting up sync, or ability to setup multiple syncs per remote

I am not sure if I am maybe missing an option somewhere but I cannot seem to be able to do this in the current setting

You aren't missing an option. The current release (v0.2.4) doesn't support selecting multiple paths for sync operations just yet.

However, I am actively working on a new underlying job architecture that will support this exact feature in the future.
