There is a
helpkey in theOptionsEnumwhich doesn't appear to be utililzied anywhere? If we expose it to the/v1/carriers/X/optionsend point, it can then easily be displayed by the "Carrier Options" UIs etc.This was raised during the #1095 implementation where help text was added for the new option but never seen anywhere.
