Nemo is missing "extract to"

Nemo has an "extract here" option for archives, but it is missing "extract to". This is a feature present in Dolphin that I miss in Nemo.

I also think it's useful, but it's better to have a single option in the right-click menu that is a submenu containing "extract here" and "extract to." In a submenu, it will be okay to also add other things if needed.
