Software Sources "Source code repositores" not effective.

Distribution version: 22.3

Although the "Source code repositories" button within "Software Sources" might appear functional to the untrained eye, its usefulness is currently questionable, as activating the button only results in an error message.

Unfortunately, source code packages still cannot be installed after activation (see attached screenshot), so the entire process might as well be performed via the command line.

Explanation desirable.
