GitHub Foundations cert exam issues

I signed up to take the unproctored GitHub Foundations cert exam. Selected "English" as the exam language on the PSI website, but when I opened the exam, it was in Portuguese (which I don't speak). Called PSI support, talked to four different reps from four different teams, and they opened two tickets as a result. They told me to call them back in a couple of days, which I did. On that call, they asked me to call back again in a few days. I never made that call because I got busy around the holidays. They refunded me about ten days later.

When I log into the PSI website now, it says I failed the exam and am not eligible to take it. So I am stuck. I dread calling PSI support again. Is there anything that can be done that would allow me to take it? Thank you in advance!

Contact GitHub Support: Since the certification is directly tied to GitHub, consider reaching out to GitHub support to explain the issue you're facing. Provide them with all relevant information, including the refund, the incorrect exam language, and your current status. They may be able to intervene or provide you with a solution.
