STM32G031F8 CLOCK PINS as GPIO Input

Dear Mr. Pillon
Is it possible to use PC14-OSCX_IN 2 and PC15-OSCX_OUT (default) as GPIO input?
I already tried with pinMode(xxx, INPUT_PULLUP);
xxx: PC14 PC15 PB9 D24 D25 but don´t worked.

as far as I can tell it is possible.

I don't have this chip so I can't test anyway it is very generic and don't see, why it does not work while you don't enable LSE or HSE.

You are right and I agree with your explanation .
In the generic_clock.c C:\Users\fpgio\AppData\Local\Arduino15\packages\STMicroelectronics\hardware\stm32\2.12.0\variants\STM32G0xx\G031F(4-6-8)P_G031Y8Y_G041F(6-8)P_G041Y8Y
the clock is setup as :
RCC_OscInitStruct.OscillatorType = RCC_OSCILLATORTYPE_HSI;
RCC_OscInitStruct.HSIState = RCC_HSI_ON;

You should try to debug and check GPIO registers to see if it is well configured but honestly don't know why not 😉

I will try tomorrow with a Nucleo G031K if I found one.

I've tested and it works as expected. So probably hardware issue with your board.
