What target to use for esp32s3?

If I want to build for esp32s3 what target should be used?

These are the targets in the dev branch:

Gotcha, looks like right now any esp32 based target must at least define the following to not get compile errors

SCL_PIN 
SDA_PIN

an esp32s3 based target must go on to define the following to not get a compile error.

SPI1_SCK_PIN
SPI1_MOSI_PIN
SPI1_MISO_PIN
SPI1_CS_PIN

SPI2_SCK_PIN
SPI2_MOSI_PIN
SPI2_MISO_PIN
SPI2_CS_PIN

Looks like the esp32s3-wroom1 does the bare minimum so might be the best candidate, not sure how the pin values were chosen but shouldn't really matter I guess.

I think I'll take a look at making generic targets for the various esp32 based targets
