api: Connect customization validation to CRC (HMS-10672)

Currently blocked on osbuild/osbuild-composer#5163 getting released and updated to in CRC - this will enable backend to accept aliases in filtering for image types and architecture and will also fix a bug when images with no partition table (WSL,...) were not returned
