​[Bug] Expense split details reset after switching apps on Android PWA

Describe the bug
When filling a new expense, the "paid by X and split by Y" is reset to default when the page looses focus on the android PWA. That's the only field with this issue.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to the PWA app (on android)
2. Add a new expense
3. Fill the title, amount, paid by, paid for (split part) and date fields
4. Switch to an other application on android (for example to check if the amount or date is correct before saving)
5. Go back to the PWA SplitPro app
6. The paid by and split part are back to the default value, but not the other fields

Expected behavior
Keep the selected values instead of reseting to default.

App version
Container pulled total, so v2.0.3 I think.

I could not reproduce it but added some hydration guards. Let me know if it helps
