UI Polish/Changes to Donation Page

• Add the Setmine logo
• Change the color of the buttons to match the blue buttons at https://www.setmine.com/

Idea for styling change to match current site...

• Basically only keep the logo and name in the top left as well as the background color split with dark blue on top and the whitegrey below, and remove the iPhone images, the search bar, the Login button and the ellipsis in the top?? Just spitballing here
