Add 99Pages AI Workforce desktop routing

Summary

• add a shared 99Pages AI Workforce model catalog for Fast, Pro, Think, Coder, Admin, Creator, Copywriter, and Trader
• write the full model catalog into Hermes .env during Magic Link and Windows AI Workforce setup
• add Windows launch/configuration scripts and refresh the Electron server bundle
• ignore local Oracle extraction artifacts so secrets and release packages are not committed

Verification

• PowerShell parser check passed for scripts/configure-ai-workforce.ps1
• Windows Vite build passed via pnpm exec vite build
• Electron server bundle rebuilt via pnpm exec esbuild dist/server/server.js --bundle --platform=node --format=cjs --outfile=electron/server-bundle.cjs
• secret scan found no real API keys or Telegram tokens outside ignored artifacts
