modsec3 module not loaded for Linux 7.2 os version

hello
can any one help for the below issue
"Cannot load modules/mod_security3.so into server: /app/Apa/http/2.4.46/modules/mod_security3.so: undefined symbol: msc_new_transaction_with_id"

and the module is available in module folder also
