docs(security): move remediation log into docs/#78

…eport dir security-report/ is gitignored as generated scan output, but REMEDIATION.md was a curated remediation log committed into it — orphaned and undiscoverable. Move it to docs/SECURITY_REMEDIATION_2026-06-02.md, paired with the existing docs/SECURITY_AUDIT_2026-06-02.md. security-report/ now tracks nothing, matching its gitignore intent.
