- SCP-4749 is a normal-looking paper towel dispenser in a hotel men's restroom that produces an endless supply of paper towels. However, when towels are pulled, the restroom rapidly degrades, becoming filthy, decaying, and infested with grotesque, mutated rats, cockroaches, and worms. The more towels pulled, the worse the room gets, eventually leading to a horrifying, inescapable environment. Pushing the paper towel roll back into the dispenser reverses all the damage and makes the room clean again, but if too many towels are pulled, this reversal stops working, trapping anyone inside.

- The koteka, also known as a penis gourd, is a traditional penis sheath worn by native male inhabitants of some ethnic groups, primarily in the highlands of New Guinea. Made from a dried gourd or sometimes other plant species, it is held in place by fiber loops around the scrotum and chest or abdomen. Different tribes can be identified by the specific style, angle, or decoration of their koteka, which can also signify social status. Although the Indonesian government attempted to discourage its use in the 1970s, it remains a significant cultural item, often used in festivals or as a souvenir today.
